Delivery

  • We send by courier to an address or to the courier's office.
  • Delivery takes 2–3 business days from order.
  • You will receive an email when the shipment leaves.
  • Upon receipt, check the shipment in front of the courier. If it is damaged, refuse it or draw up a protocol with the courier and write to us at info@glowstudio.bg.

Payment

  • Cash on delivery – you pay upon receipt.
  • Card payment, Apple Pay and Google Pay – coming soon.

Return within 14 days

  1. Write to us at info@glowstudio.bg within 14 days of receipt – with the order number and the products you are returning. You can use the cancellation form.
  2. Send the products in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days. Return costs are at your expense.
  3. We refund the amount within 14 days after we receive the products.

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept back cosmetic products that are unsealed or with a damaged protective foil (Art. 57, item 5 of the Consumer Protection Act).

Wrong or damaged product

If you have received the wrong, damaged or defective product, please email us at info@glowstudio.bg with a photo and order number. We will replace it or refund your money, with shipping costs at our expense.
